Best wireless chargers for your iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch too
Wireless charging can really help keep your iPhone topped off and ready to go. Every model since the iPhone 8 supports it, and Cult of Mac brings you our list of the best wireless chargers available today.
This includes multi-device models too, for everyone who needs power up an Apple Watch or AirPods too.
Why you should, or shouldn’t, go wireless
Wireless charging is as simple as dropping your iPhone or AirPods Wireless Charging Case on a mat. Current will start flowing immediately through inductive charging, without the need to plug in a cable. Do this when you’re ready for bed and your phone will be ready in the morning. Or keep your handset on your desk while you work and it’ll always be charged when you need it.
Just be aware that wireless charging doesn’t work through very rugged cases. Or through the Apple Card.
Your phone will get power about as quickly as the standard iPhone charger. Those looking for a faster way to charge their device should consider a powerful USB-C charger instead.
Best single-device wireless chargers
Those with just one device device that supports inductive charging can get a simple charger. Here are Cult of Mac’s favorites among these basic options.
